The Old Faithful lodge at Yellowstone National Park is another building you will want to see the best rustic mountain design. The lodge shares a bit the same history as the Old Faithful Inn. It’s part of the same Old Faithful Historic district as the Inn and even though it’s adjacent to the the Inn, some may say it has an even better view.

The lodge was built in 1923 as a series of detached buildings that were consolidated into one large building in 1926-1927. The lodge still offers accommodations in the form of individual cabins next to the main building.

You can’t get such an incredible experience anywhere else in the world. If you are hungry for more than just an ice cream, head to the dining hall for a complete buffet meal.
